My name is Ken. In 2024, I began to film a self-funded documentary (now docuseries) on the subject of Katana meant to help supporting this traditional heritage of Japan.
Before I knew it, I was starting a company, diving deeper into studying all aspects of Katana, and moving to Japan.
After a year of company setup (intense paperwork, insurance, exams/licensing, contracts, etc), and building exclusive relationships within the Kansai (Sakurai, Osaka, Wakayama, Nara) Katana industry, we launched.
Our mission is to spread education and appreciation around Japan's traditional culture in a respectful way, to help preserve this sadly fading, but persistently beautiful, world.
