Groups & Private Programs

Full-day and Multi-day programs built around your group. All sessions run privately.

Program Formats

One experience and a full day of activity, your group alone. The format for smaller leadership teams who want a single, focused day with the full attention of the master.

Private Day

Two experiences across a single day, with enough time between sessions for each one to settle. Typically Iaido paired with Shirasaya, or a combination built around your group size and what you want the day to cover. Ask us about our unique offerings only available to group bookings.

Group Program

Two or more experiences across consecutive days, each given its own full day. For groups who want the complete range across forging, Iaido, polishing and Shirasaya.

Not sure which format fits your group? Send us your size and dates and we'll advise.

Multi-Day Program

Experiences and Capacity

How to inquire

Send us your group size, preferred dates, which experiences interest you, and what you want the day to achieve. We respond personally with a suggested program, capacity confirmation, and a custom quote.

Your group spends the day in the room with a master who has spent their life on one craft. You work with real materials, under real instruction, and everyone in the room is fully in it together. The masters we work with are working craftsmen who have spent their careers in these disciplines, and the sessions run in the actual spaces where they work.
