在庫がある商品は 7日以内に発送いたします。
在庫がない商品は ご用意でき次第発送いたします。

取消・キャンセルについて
【旅行サービス】
旅行業約款の記載条項に準じます。
弊社の都合でキャンセルになった場合、速やかに全額返金します。
【物品】
商品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。
ただし、商品に不具合がある場合には、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。 内容を確認のうえ、お客様と相談のうえ適切に対応いたします。

Prices are listed individually for each project, service, or product on the respective pages of this website.
Additional Fees

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Payment Timing
Payment shall be completed at the time specified for the travel (tour) being booked, or at the time of application or order for products and services.
If payment is made by bank transfer or Wise transfer, customers are requested to complete the transfer promptly after placing their order.
Delivery of Services and Products
Travel Services
Travel services shall be provided in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Company's Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions.
Physical Products
After confirmation of payment:
Items that are currently in stock will be shipped within seven (7) days.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped as soon as they become available.
In such cases, the expected shipping schedule will be communicated to the customer in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Travel Services
Cancellations shall be handled in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Company's Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions.
In the event that a tour or travel service is cancelled due to circumstances attributable to the Company, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer without delay.
Physical Products
Due to the nature of the products, returns or cancellations requested by customers for personal reasons cannot be accepted.
However, if a product is found to be defective, customers are requested to contact the Company within seven (7) days after delivery.
After confirming the circumstances, the Company will provide an appropriate resolution in consultation with the customer.
