キャンセルポリシー

カゲメディア株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）が提供する旅行サービスの予約を取消される場合、以下の条件に基づき取消料が発生する場合があります。

本取消料は、当社の旅行条件および日本の旅行関連法令に基づき設定されています。

※旅行商品によって取消条件が異なる場合があります。その場合は各旅行商品ページに記載された条件が優先されます。

返金について

取消料を差し引いた残額がある場合、当社は合理的な期間内に返金を行います。
返金に伴う銀行手数料等はお客様負担となる場合があります。

不可抗力

天災、災害、交通機関の運休、政府の規制、その他不可抗力により旅行の実施が困難となった場合、当社は旅行内容の変更ま

たは中止を行う場合があります。

Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels a reservation made with Kage Media Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), cancellation fees may apply according to the following conditions.

These cancellation charges are established based on the Company’s travel conditions and applicable Japanese travel-related laws and regulations.

Different cancellation conditions may apply depending on the travel product. In such cases, the conditions stated on the specific product page will take precedence.

Refunds

If a refund is due after deducting cancellation fees, it will be processed within a reasonable period. Bank transfer fees may be borne by the customer.

Force Majeure

The Company may modify or cancel travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or government regulations.
