旅行条件書

本旅行条件書は、旅行契約の内容および取引条件の一部を定めるものです。
本旅行条件書は、当社が別途定める標準旅行業約款および当社旅行条件に基づき作成されています。

1. 旅行契約の成立

カゲメディア株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）が提供する旅行サービスの契約は、お客様の申込みを当社が承諾したときに成立します。

2. 旅行代金

旅行代金は、当社ウェブサイトまたは旅行案内に表示された金額とします。

3. 旅行代金の支払時期

旅行代金は当社が指定する期日までに、当社が指定する方法によりお支払いいただきます。

支払方法には以下が含まれます。

  • Paypal（Paypal残高、またはVisa、MasterCard、American Express、JCBなどのクレジットカード）

  • 銀行振込

  • WISE送金

  • Apple Payやその他の利用可能な支払い方法

4. 旅行内容の変更

天候、交通機関の事情、現地事情、その他やむを得ない理由により、旅行日程、宿泊施設、交通機関等が変更される場合があります。

5. 旅行契約の解除（お客様による取消）

お客様は当社が定める取消料を支払うことにより旅行契約を解除することができます。
取消料については当社キャンセルポリシーに基づきます。

6. 当社による契約解除

当社は次の場合に旅行契約を解除することがあります。

  • 旅行代金が期日までに支払われない場合

  • 最少催行人数に達しない場合

  • 天災、災害、戦乱、運送機関の停止等により旅行の安全な実施が困難な場合

7. 当社の責任

当社の責任の範囲は、標準旅行業約款に定めるところによります。

8. 個人情報の取扱い

当社は、お客様の個人情報を当社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき適切に管理します。

9. 準拠法

本旅行契約は日本法に準拠します。




Travel Conditions

These Travel Conditions form part of the travel contract between the customer and Kage Media Co., Ltd.

These conditions are prepared based on the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions of Japan and the company’s travel policies.

1. Formation of Travel Contract

A travel contract between the customer and Kage Media Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) is formed when the Company accepts the customer's reservation request.

2. Travel Price

The travel price shall be the amount displayed on the Company’s website or travel information materials.

3. Payment

The travel price must be paid by the deadline specified by the Company using one of the following methods:

  • PayPal (PayPal balance or credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB)

  • Bank transfer

  • Wise international transfer

  • Apple Pay and other supported payment methods

4. Changes to Travel Arrangements

The travel itinerary, accommodations, transportation, and other arrangements may be changed due to weather conditions, transportation issues, local circumstances, or other unavoidable reasons.

5. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel the travel contract by paying the cancellation fees specified in the Company’s cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation by the Company

The Company may cancel the travel contract in the following cases:

  • If payment is not made by the specified deadline

  • If the minimum number of participants is not met

  • If travel cannot be safely operated due to natural disasters, war, or transportation disruptions

7. Liability

The Company’s liability shall be governed by the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions of Japan.

8. Personal Information

The Company manages customers’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These travel contracts shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
